Robot Build Hardware Kit

Everything you need to assemble a Crawler One chassis — the brackets, motor mounts, sprockets, track segments, and the bag of M3 hardware and jumper wires that hold it all together. Order this if you want a spare hardware bag, lost a few screws during a rebuild, or are replacing a track that has finally given up.

All parts are matched to the Crawler One frame and the wiring scheme used in the build manual, so a replacement bag drops straight in.

What's included

Two segmented rubber-style tracks (left + right) — drop-in spares.

Two drive sprockets and two front idler wheels.

Motor mount brackets and idler brackets, sized for the Crawler One TT-style gearmotors.

Top plate, bottom plate, side rails and end caps for the chassis.

Camera mount and battery / electronics housing.

Bag of M3 screws, nuts and washers in the lengths called out in the build manual.

Dupont jumper wire ribbon (female-to-female) for Pi ↔ Pico and module wiring.

Use this when

You're building a second Crawler One from your own electronics.

You're rebuilding after a hard crash and need a fresh chassis kit.

A track snapped or a sprocket stripped — swap the affected parts only.
